1. Welcome

These Terms govern your use of the Curry on Mars mobile application and the marketing site at curryonmars.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Curry on Mars.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe, and let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Your recipes, your content

Recipes, photos and notes you add to Curry on Mars belong to you. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to host and display that content so the app can actually show it back to you. We don't sell your content, and we don't train anything on it without asking.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• upload content you don't have the right to share
• try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service
• use Curry on Mars to harass anyone or do anything illegal

5. Changes to the Service

We're a small team and the app will keep evolving. We may add, change or remove features — and we'll give reasonable notice for anything that materially affects how you use Curry on Mars.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms. After deletion, we remove your personal content on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
